Studio b. is RE-OPENING! and we are thrilled to have you back in the studio. Tara Newbigging is the owner and coach at studio b. and she is passionate about helping people feel strong, connected and motivated. Studio b. is a multifunctional space where both men and women can attend and participate in a variety of offerings. Studio b. offers a variety of classes. Cross Training with strength, Mobility and movement, The b. class®, Stretch/Yoga. and more.
We have free weights, Bosu balls, kettle bells, and bands, and a variety of equipment to train you in a variety of ways.

How to sign up:
Send Tara an email
with your interest to sign up and email address and full name.
Send EMT of funds to same email address. You will be added to a list of participants.
If can access the link attached for signing up for the days that you want to attend. There are limited spots and you must sign up in advance.
