You know that feeling when you meet someone and you feel like you have known them forever? Even though it has only been a few hours, a day, or a week, It just feels natural and familiar?
That is exactly how I feel at this present moment about Studio b.
Thank you, to the many people who have come into the Studio over the past 2 weeks to sweat, smile, release, let go, and reset. If someone had asked me if I thought I would be opening a studio in Canmore, I would have looked at them, laughed and said "heck no! been there, done that!" It's funny how our past's can actually get in the way of our next chapter. (INCERT: I admit I was struggling with this.)
Now, after 2-weeks of operating out of the space I am so grateful that I was brave enough to take the leap and go for it.
Fear is always there. It is in all areas of our lives. We feel it, we hear it, we see it, and we experience it, time and time again. Now, after once again facing my many fears. My heart and soul feels content. I am being constantly reminded to keep believing that things are happening just as they should be and that people and moments and experiences will come into and out of my life at the right times.
I am very excited to see what else comes this winter!
Come sweat, smile, ground, let go, feel strong, feel free and most importantly be with me at Studio b.
Thank you Universe, Thank you Canmore, Thank you participants.
We are making some slight changes to the schedule in the next few days and will be constantly tweaking it to best suit everyones needs. If you have not yet been to the Studio or tried a class with me, please do so soon.
