BooTy® is a program that empowers and strengthens both the mind and body. The BooTy® program combines fitness moves with powerful music and movement, creating a perfect balance between intensity and fun. Participants walk away feeling strong and inspired.

Looking for more of a one- on- one coaching with yourself and a trainer in a private space to help you feel comfortable an support your needs and desires towards physical activity. We at Studio b. can provide you the enviorment of privacy with a trainer to help you. Tara Newbigging or Lindsey Willams both are taking on clients. If you are interetsed please contact us and request a session or information. Prices and packages vary.

Giving a Speech

Our Studio is a wonderful location for fitness and wellness professionals to offer workshops and education sessons. We would love to collaberate and team up with you if you have something you would like to offer. If you are interested in any up coming workshops that we have happening at the studio check out our special events page and sign up for something of your interest. 

We also offer private group bookings for bachellorettes and or team events for professional development or team building.

It all comes down to body awarenss and understanding how to stabalize and strengthen our deepest core connective muscles. This class is done with nothing but y body weight and a mat. Connecting to our core builds awareness, stability, balance and inner strength.

Iyengar Yoga

Just starting out in yoga, recovering from an injury, or interested in stretching more to help with the aches and pains of the body? Stretch out is a great class for first time yoga students. Neither experience nor flexibility are not required this is an accessible class that everyone needs – Elite athletes, advanced practitioners, weekend warriors, cimbers, runners, bikers, and everyone in between. Focused stretching allows muscles to relax and lengthen, which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body. Take a class and see how it improves your put door activies. 

STRETCH OUT

Ashtanga Yoga

A fusion class designed to sculpt, lengthen and challenge every muscle in the body creating a stronger, balanced you. The class utilizes various styles and techniques that emphasize proper form while using a variety of light hand weights and body weight. Heart rate and impact are kept lower for a more muscular challenge.

We all love playing outside! Hiking, biking, running, skiing and more. With that comes a need to cross train, but most importantly a way to make it fun and enjoyable. Try a FOCUS class,functional fitness indoors that will help complement your outdoor activities. Work on dynamic functional movement that builds strength, core stability, agility, balance and more. With a variety of equipment and different modalities of movement, you will love this commitment and hour of movement in your weekly schedule. FOCUS is a small group personal training sessions that is designed to create an environment for everyone to get a great workout. FOCUS seeks to help individuals feel great, prevent injury, and keep you feeling commited and motivated. These group workouts of 8-10 people offer commitment, structure, support, dedication, and motivation.

Girl Be-YOU is an empowerment program targeting female youth between the ages of 8-17 years old. 

The program and teachings created by Tara Newbigging have proven to create impact and inspire confidence and self-growth to help girls be their most authentic selves. Girls will develop skills to be kinder to self and others and be supported on their journey to discovering self. The program provides activities and tools to support theempowerment of females.

Stones of Meaning

Life coaching or what I like to call 'Soul Coaching' has been a natural transition for me. From personal training and fitness coach, to meeting individuals and supporting transformation to take place before my eyes.I have for some time now worked with individuals who are going through a life transition, or who are feeling the urge to re-discover who they are and go after new goals, dreams, and visions. 

It has always been my passion to create movement in the mind of individuals desiring such transformations.​​

Hearing people’s stories, ideas, visions and goals. I love to help by listening, shedding light, asking questions, and being there to help in anyway I can. It is this passion that has led me to pursue a path to what I like to call a 'Soul Coach.' ​

Evolution... 

It is bound to happen, we are meant to change, constantly!

Without change we do not grow or learn.

Believe me I have been there, transitions can be difficult, new goals, dreams or visions can cause us to struggle between what we know and are comfortable with and what we desire. 

I myself would not be where I am today if I had not been able to face my own struggles, be truthful with myself, and go after the things that I truly wanted. With the help of other 'coaches' and the support along the way, I was able to listen to my own deepest wisdom within myself to create a life I love.  

 

I believe that each of us has that wisdom and power within ourselves to make our life be what we want it to be.

If we can break through the boundaries of our mind's fears, and opinons and reconnect with our inner wisdom, we have the ability to rediscover those powerful moments of choice out of which lasting change grows.

  • Help you design a plan to achieve those things. 

  • Help to eliminate any obstacles or blocks that stand in your way.

I find that physical activity is KEY to opening up our energy therefore the sessions can involved private studio enviroment with music, movement (of your choice) and writing all over the mirrors to get out and clear about what you want.
