We all love playing outside! Hiking, biking, running, skiing, and more. With that comes the need to cross-train, but most importantly in a way that makes it fun and enjoyable. Try a FOCUS class, work on dynamic functional movements that build strength, core stability, agility, balance, and more. With a variety of equipment and different modalities of movement, you will love this commitment and hour of movement in your weekly schedule. These group workouts of max 10 people offer commitment, structure, support, dedication, and motivation. These are small group personal training sessions designed to create an environment for everyone to get a great workout.

Youth Fitness Group


Empowering and supporting young females to feel strong, confident, fearless, and capable to follow their dreams. The Girl Be You Program and Youth Fitness classes are offered at the studio to support girls in grade 7-12 range. Mondays and Thursdays. We take 10 girls max and we offer registered 4-week programs. Sign up required (see youth fitness page)

Iyengar Class



A fusion class designed to sculpt, lengthen, and challenge every muscle in the body creating a stronger, balanced you. The class utilizes various styles and techniques that emphasize proper form while using a variety of light hand weights and body weight. Heart rate and impact are kept lower for a more muscular challenge. This is  a favorite one by many. 

Iyengar Yoga



Need to move? need to stretch? need to recentre? need to ignite some energy yet stay grounded? Feel it all in this class. This is a nice flow and stretches with great tunes to ignite your heart, mind, and soul. Perfect for anyone who needs to stretch and doesn't on their own, or anyone who loves acoustic music.

This class is all about recovery and maintenance. This will offer a variety of exercises that focus on maintaining alignment and proper body maintenance for an injury-free body.
